The best/most overlooked job/class systems in videogames?

Discussion

Final Fantasy V and Tactics are revered for their outstanding job systems, and notable follow-ups like Crystal Project and Bravely Default took those concepts even further.

As for Western RPGs, most seem to go for D&D-style classes, with Owlcat's Pathfinder and Warhammer 40K games constituting exceptions that are still rooted in TTRPGs.

So I'm looking for more obscure, and perhaps better, applications of systems that basically force characters to specialize. The farther beyond a classic "mage/warrior/rogue" system a game goes, the better.
