5 weeks post op lift and implants

I am 5 weeks post op after lift and implants. Yesterday i reacted quickly and picked up my dog to prevent a fight with another dog. My anchor incisions are really red and or bruised looking and have some pain on both sides near armpit. Should I be concerned? Is this going to ruin my scar healing? The incisions did not open up just really darker.
