Waiting Refund from April

FIFA still owes me $2600 for tickets i sold back in April. I call the 786 phone number and they said they have an escalation for my incident because it’s well past the 60 days.

They said I’d have a resolution in 5-7 days… it has been 9 days and i haven’t heard anything and i have called back and all they did was “leave a note” on my escalation case saying I’m looking for an updated. I asked to speak to the management team that it was being escalated to and i was told they only communicate through email…. At this point i don’t know what to do…
