Colouring B&W film with Lightroom

Using tools as Adjusting brush (no AI) as explained for example in this video

Did some of you tried this? Is it funny? It definitely seems funny to try to-recolor a B&W photo based on your memory or on your fantasy, and it would retain the sharpness, cost, and development process of B&W film photography. Maybe it's difficult if there are a lot of details / tiny part of different colors?
