KYLIX PAYMENT TERMS

Anyone here na coordinator with Kylix Events and Promotions? Kayo rin ba, or ako lang, na medyo na-ooff sa way ng paniningil nila ng balance? We just paid our 30% a few weeks ago, tapos naniningil na ulit sila ng another 50%. Like, hello? Kakabayad lang po namin. We were told na automatic daw yung message, but doesn’t the admin check the payment records first before sending another payment reminder? I mean, we understand if it’s part of the payment schedule, pero sana naman they check first if the client has recently made a payment. Medyo frustrating lang. 😅
