how long does it take to quit vaping and feel like a non smoker again
6 weeks without nicotine. Physically well, better sleep, irritability gone by week 3. but mentally do I not still feel like a former smoker at this point? Do I still find myself thinking about vaping, dreaming about it, reaching for something when faced with any stressful situations. There are many timelines for the physical withdrawal out there but nothing on the mental process.
What is the amount of time it takes to truly stop thinking about vaping and getting to the point where you dont find yourself thinking about it all the time. Im looking for some actual numbers of what it took other people. Was it 3 months, 6 months, a year until you finally felt like you werent "someone who was quitting" but just did not vape.
Background, 4 years daily, mostly 5% nicotine pods. Quit cold turkey using patches for 2 weeks.
