Should I pull or should I save?

I've just noticed there is the summer Maru and Fine Motion wit rerun banner, but also the banner with Kris S (that, from what I've heard is pretty good for late surges builds which what I usually go for). I'm a simple f2p with 40k carats and 15 support card tickets, I don't have any copies of the aforementioned cards, should I pull or save for the incoming Ramonu wit and El Condor Pasa speed?
