Is this normal with WorkCover physio/EP sessions?
I’m seeing a physio and an exercise physiologist through WorkCover. The physio session is listed as 30 minutes, but usually only lasts around 20 minutes. The EP session is listed as 60 minutes, but usually finishes after about 43 minutes.
When I asked why, they said they need time to write reports for WorkCover.
I understand they need to do paperwork, but is it normal to take 10–15 minutes out of every session for reporting? I feel like that time could be used for more treatment, e.g. massage or exercises.
Just wondering if this is standard WorkCover practice?
