How to contact the PDC?

I stuffed up in my ballot entry for the world champ tickets. I wanted to see if there was a way to contact the PDC to do so ammend my ballot.

On their website there is no customer support option.

The feedback form on https://www.pdc.tv/contact-us appears to be broken as nothing happens when you click submit.

Are there any alternative methods?
