UARS-aware MMA surgeons anywhere outside of North America?

Are there any good surgeons anywhere in the world outside of North America that perform MMA // double-jaw surgery for UARS specifically? Any country as long as it is not the US or Canada is fine.

I've seen many positive things said in this sub about Dr. Ebker from Germany. Any other top-notch doctors?

Country / price is not an issue. Ready to go anywhere and pay as much as needed if they are good (will prob sell my kidney but hey, breathing during sleep is important).
