Is there a chance for upcoming games to be older people friendly ?

Is there any upcoming MMORPG games with old school tag but with actuall gameplay for people from that age ( like myslef, 40+ years old ) ? Many games advertise like oldschool etc but have nothing to do with it. It is just endless grind and maybe start is oldschool alike but later on it requres full time game commitment like 2nd job.

Is there a chance game devs will make games that will have friendly comunity, with progress that can be felt like progression even if you play 2 hours a day ?

I will give an example from oher genre, Path of Exile. 10 years ago you could make build, play every day, and reach endgame, beat it , and still enjoy healthy player base even 2 months into leage. Today, people beat all in day 1 or 2 and complain about anything they can think of. A person beat game which should ahve last few months in 1 single day with gear worth whaat would be equlent of avarge Daddy Joe can make in 3 months and complain that there are no drops. Let it sink in . If you start a week later u just feel that there is nothing worth playing and doing since everyone beat game and no mystery any more.

I dont even know how to define what type of game i am asking for, but it would be like a game that casual players can log in, even if it is paid game or subsription based, with option to play game and not be overburden with fact that if you dont log in for at least 10 hours a day you will be so behind that you will never catch up ....
