Can't even set up account password, endless loop of prove I am not a robot.

I have spent over 30 minutes moving sheep silhouettes, pick a hard surface and select animals that live in similar environment ( a cat. Always a cat. And I get to select foxes, dolphins or fish. And fox is wrong).

What am I doing wrong?
