Vulvar pimple/cyst?

First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you to all who have in someways contributed to threads about cysts/pimples, it does help feel like you are not alone and going crazy.

About 10 days ago I felt a sharp pain when i was wiping after peeing, and noticed a really small bump in between my right inner labia and right outer labia, because it had never happened to me before I thought it was a yeast infection and decide to take Monistat 3, by day two and a lot of researching i realized that was not going to do anything but still finished the 3 days.

After the 3rd day I started the warm compressions, it grew a bit but was still manageable, just uncomfortable. I was still able to do yoga every morning, but I was getting way more anxious because I felt like it was not working.

On day 7, I started doing witch hazel cotton pad compresses and did two PRID compresses, but only saw it getting bigger and still not white head

Currently is day 9, the size of a blueberry, it’s getting more uncomfortable, but it only hurts if I touch it. It’s pink, not white head, but looks like it’s about to burst? Is that a good sign??! what else should I do?

There’s no fever, no extra redness in other parts, just a whole lot of anxiety and a bunch of tears bc of how frustrated I feel. I’m going to a friends trip to NYC in 3 days and I’m DESPERATE for it to go away bc I don’t how I will be able to take care of it during the trip.
