From Skilled Worker to dependant

Hello,

I'm about to join the UK On a Skilled Worker visa, with my partner as a Dependant.

The plan is for her to find a skilled job asap, leveragint her dependant visa.

Assuming that we are both employed and satisfying the skilled worker treshold, if i decide i want to change job, i'll need to get sponsored again, and with very tiny chanches of getting a new job in the short term. Can she apply instead for the Skilled worker and me become her dependant so to avoid the sponsorship route?
