AI Student's Doubt that decides the Career

Hi guys i dono where to start or even how to start but i can tell that i want to start .I have completed my degree in Artificial intelligence and data science but turning back i thought i have done something but really i haven't,or i haven't done anything that matters or remember.If i want to start from scratch how should I??

-->Should i focus on JAVA, DSA ,LLD, SOLID Principles like that .....
-->OR Since i'm an AI Student i should focus on ML,AI,DL ,LLM like that if yes how should i start or how should i practice
-->and JAVA (OR) Python???
-->i dont wanted to keep jumping between technologies and restart every few weeks
