Its been over 2 and a half months since my husband initiated intimacy

Me (27 F) and him (32M) have not been inimate by him initiating intimacy in months. I dont think hes physically cheating, I can call him anytime. We've had some pretty nasty fights about it. Theirs no option for me to leave right now. I am just looking for some advice on what to do for myself as this is silently tearing me apart mentally and physically.
