Best Buy Pre-Order Coupon w/Trade Issue

Just looking to see if I'm the only one who experienced this issue. I received the 15% coupon for the Google Pixel 11 Pro pre-order and traded in a Pixel 7 Pro which was supposed to be $380. The device checked out fine but instead of $380 being refunded I received $207.99. This would be $380 minus the 15% coupon savings. So they removed the coupon savings from my trade in refund. Can't seem to get it fixed. I normally trade in at the store-obviously there's a good reason to not do it online.
