I cannot get ridewithgps routes to go to coros or Strava

I lost a night of sleep over this because I leave for a seven day ride starting tomorrow and I can’t get Ride with GPS to talk with Coros.

It says it’s connected. I have installed and uninstalled. But no matter what I do I can never get ride with GPS to work.

This would normally not be an issue because I just use Strava and that works, but this is a group ride that somebody else created. . I have saved the routes. I have pinned the routes. I had tried to send it using every single file that is possible. I have tried uploading it or download it

I simply can’t get it to work. And I’m assuming it’s very stupid human error but how does that help me to know that it’s a stupid error if I don’t know how to fix it. I need to get this right
