What are my options

I currently have 105 points for the NSW 190 visa and expect to reach around 110 points by 2028. For the 189 visa, I currently have 100 points and should reach 105 points by 2028. Since I’m in an ICT occupation, I don’t have very high expectations for receiving a 189 invitation. I did my Masters in Australia and have been working for the same Big 4 consulting firm for the past three years. My current visa expires at the beginning of 2029, so I’m trying to plan ahead. What would be the best option for me? Should I start looking for another company that is willing to sponsor me, or would it be better to stay with my current Big 4 firm and ask them for sponsorship?
