Switching from nvidia to amd

Hello, i currently have a pc in the country i live in now, hut soon i am moving, so i decided to buy nee parts to build a new pc, what i didnt buy was an ssd and ram cause prices
So my system is gonna be running on my old ssd that originally was paired up with an i7 13700f and a 3090 but my new gpu is a 9070xt and my cpu a 7 9800x3d
what are the steps needed to safely boot up my pc considering id rather not format anything.
