Pack going the wrong way.

I’m in Morecambe and the last stop before it arrives here is Preston MC. However this morning at 6am the last update said ‘ Your item is due to leave Preston MC to go to Southport DO. ‘
Which is the wrong direction.
So I presumed it was mistakenly sent the wrong way but it’s still not updated since 6am this morning. I thought it would have least scanned at Southport but nothing. Any ideas what’s happening?
