Just uploaded my first short - what should I expect?

It's a ~80s short about what I've accomplished as a founder so far and how I stay productive. IIt's my first ever upload, but been watching youtube nearly daily for like ~15+ years (all the way back to the Smosh days).

What should I expect regarding views, like how many is normal for a first upload (it's edited well and has a good first 3s hook i think), what's a good stayed-to-watch vs swiped-away ratio? It's currently sitting at 14 views with a 66% swipe away, i assume that's quite bad but also too early to tell?
