Phanoin Moc Bug

I ulted with cyrene and buffed phanoin , after taunting the enemenies and dying he snapped out of his ult form after performing the ending animation, which should not happen with the cyrene buff on him. In another run he snapped out of his ult form on a random occasion without even dying. In the screen shot with cyrene dead the random ult exist occurred ( she died after he randomly existed his ult).

Is phanoin in this moc bugged against drak sam, idk maybe im missing something. Please let me know.
