[IN] Diwali gifting – what do employees actually like? Diwali gifting is coming up again and I’m trying to avoid doing the same sweets/dry fruits hamper we end up giving every year

From the HR side, I’m looking for something employees would actually use, without going too far over budget.

For those who’ve handled Diwali gifting, what has worked well for your teams? Also, does giving 2–3 options work better than giving everyone the same gift?
