Onlyfire warranty claims

I purchased the 22" firebox set with ceramic heat deflector in July, used it 4 or 5 times and the top ceramic piece cracked, I have contacted Onlyfire several times, they asked me for pictures, proof of purchase etc, which I provided, last email they promised me a replacement for the cracked piece but its been two weeks and nothing, wondering if anybody here has any experience dealing with Onlyfire?
