PC issue

I am facing an issue wih my PC. It's been almost an year. Issue: The PC is not showing screen and VGA light is on in motherboard and if it does miraculously then it doesn't remain for more than a couple of hours then and black screen again and if I restart it shows VGA light in the motherboard again. As said it's been almost a year, I have replaced the PSU, 1 of 2 Ram sticks, GPU, SSD and repaired motherboard twice in recent months. Now you people are my only hope.
