Decision paralysis crisis (choice overload)

I’ve noticed I’m someone whose attention scatters even with medication. I have a problem where if there are multiple options in front of me, my brain struggles to choose.

For example, I work in legal administration, and I’m the one who assigns/appoints the law firm to represent us in some cases. The issue is there are so many potential firms, and choosing one is really hard ; and whether this is even the right firm and why I chose it.

Does anyone else deal with the same problem, and what’s your way of solving it?
