How do you put yourself together and leave a BPD partner?

34M here. I think my 32F gf is BPD because she's always bullying me. Insulting me, manipulating me and when I try to move away, she always finds a way to bring me back. I deeply love her, I thought she was my life partner, but I realize this isnt viable. She insults her parents, siblings, heck she insults everyone in outbursts of rage as soon as she feels pressed.

How can I establish a plan to move out of our apartment and create a new life for myself? I feel so isolated from my family, she wants me to move out of the country with her and move even farther away from my family and closer to hers.
