Beta blockers with Pedialyte?

Can I take my propranolol with pedialyte? I know it can affect how we absorb potassium. Do you guys do that? Been in a bad flare these past few days and I’ve been having to take my as needed beta blocker every day like clockwork to be comfortable being conscious.
