CSA for a Tech Startup

Hi all, I am Canadian and I received a job offer from a stealth start-up. I have interned with them in the past under F-1 OPT. They wrote a support letter for me but I was denied at POE as they said the support letter needed to be done by an attorney as there isn’t much on the company, since it is stealth/not launched. I wasn’t denied but they told me to perhaps apply through premium processing.

Has anyone had any experiences similar to this? Any advice or know any attorneys? TIA.
