How long does wayfarer support take to respond?

I wanted to move the location of a pokestop because when I submitted it my gps wasn't accurate on the wayfarer app, so it's in the wrong location. I messaged wayfarer support through the help chat and they told me someone from the human team will contact me in a few hours. It's been 5 days without a response. Is this normal? Do I keep waiting?
