Unable to open PDF from outlook

At my company we are using power PDF by Tungsten. I use it as my default app to view, edit and share PDF. Almost since the start I can't open PDF's directly from my outlook to the program. I always get a pop-up

" This content is blocked"

"For you protection, your administrator is not allowing you to access content from C:\program files\tungsten\power pdf 2025\bin\powerPDF.exe"

This is been highly frustrating since I often receive PDF through mail i need to check, sign, edit, ... I always need to save them before continuing. Our IT admin has been looking into it for two months now and still no results.

Pls help.
