**Info about me: 27 years, 122kg, 180cm**  
The first one: Got it out a socket during my 140kg benchpress attempt and even when holding everything thight my shoulder just moved back and got pressed out so I did the rep with it out of socket-it glided back so I did not do anything than getting some painkiller and better within 2 week.  
The last really heavy out of socket was during a wedding, a guy mabye 100+ kg was 2m above me and fell towards the floor head first. I even had to hold him while my shoulder was out of socket. Then had to be picked up by boat ambulance since it was on an island. After that, the one stable position I had was gone. I still did benchpresss since I could tighten the muscles and keep it in, but it felt 60% in the joint and 40% out. So it was inbetween and when I slept and relaxed it just glided out every day. Horrible way to wake up. It’s been something similar before out on the club: my best friend fell down a stair and was about to hit his head and keep rolling down, so I tok my arm and held on the guardrail and caught him with my left arm-I still had to hold him while it was out of socket since he was so wasted. Then go down to the bar asking for help to put it back. I got a free tequila shot.

The situation atm: CRPS, frozen shoulder, mabye shoulder caput stuff, scar tissue, constant pain, pain from cold, hot, blue arm during thise sudden nervefireings at 100% pain and that make all my muscles cramp at the same time. I fell to the floor screaming and that time my arm was blue. Normally purple when I get pain and insane swelling. I cannot do anything without the pain increasing.  
The arm is numb, spear through shoulder, burning, and like someone follows both nerves and cut into them with a knife while I be electrocuted type pain.

Reason for surgery ahas a weak constant nervepain before surgery, shoulder out of socket 40+ times(I started every morning to brake in the bone which is so bad when you slept with the arm underhead, since I could not move even to open the door if ambulance would come)

I’ve had 3 doctors, but they all did illigal stuff, so I have now find one that is mad at me for being on medications and not getting better.  
Medications: Lyrica, amitryptyline, clonidine, etoricoxib, dexamfetamine, quetiapine, diazepam, (I was on oxycontin 5mg x3, that did nothing).

I’m having issues with pain from CRPS and frozen shoulder, but I saw in my surgery notes:  
**Large Hill-Sachs impaction defect superiorly on the humeral head following previous anterior shoulder dislocation.**  
**Small infraspinatus tear.**  
**Somewhat frayed/irregular cartilage at the apex of the humeral head, with no definite defects.**  
**Previous anterior shoulder dislocation with subsequent surgical stabilization.**

Please take a look. I just want to find answers, and no one is giving me any. I’m just being told: “I cannot see anything wrong with you by looking at you, so no morphine; it’s not like you have a broken arm or cancer.”
