PM of 21 years looking for a new position

I’m looking for my next opportunity and available to make a move quickly.

I bring 21 years of experience managing and supporting a SaaS platform, with strengths in:

• Software implementation and configuration
• Product troubleshooting and technical support
• QA/UAT, bug documentation, and data validation
• Client onboarding, training, and documentation
• Project coordination and workflow improvement
• Basic SQL, HTML/CSS, APIs, JSON, and AI-assisted tools

Following a merger and restructuring, I’m ready for a fresh start. I’m especially interested in a stable, hands-on position where I can contribute my experience without needing to carry senior-level responsibility or constant client emergencies.

I’m open to project coordination, implementation, product support, QA/UAT, data operations, training, documentation, systems support, and related roles paying at least $30 per hour.

I’m based in Brooklyn and can work remotely or onsite in Brooklyn or Manhattan. I also drive and am open to practical, hands-on work.
