Unsure about payment

Id like to pre order the Q27 but im super unsure since where I live it’s very common to pay everything with PayPal. I’m kind of unsure because it asks me for my credit card. What if I’m not satisfied with the q27 or it doesn’t arrive or doesn’t ship, is there any way for me to get my money back?
