What kind of tree is this?
Internet says this is a persimmon. Can anyone confirm? It's coming up everywhere, even in the lawn, very fast-growing and hard to dig up. If it's a persimmon, it's odd that it got such a foothold because it's unlikely that anyone tossed persimmon fruit in the area.
