How to choose the cheapest Upper Class fare when you’re flexible on dates?

You used to be able to plug in dates and tick a box for flexible dates and the website would bring up a grid showing all the available options. Is this not possible now? Even if it flags the lowest fare on a particular date it’s only the economy fare, which doesn’t mean the cheapest Upper Class one.

Could anyone please help me out with how to do this?
