Accelerated progression

Has anyone had any experiences going through the accelerated progression process?

Context: i am currently a fourth year teacher who has taken on additional responsibilities that is identical to Range 3 leadership, but instead of being paid more, I get time additional time release to deal with behaviours and focus on student funding documentation and meetings.

I am not expecting to be bumped up to the top of the pay scale, but have been doing the role for over a year and believe I have developed more as a leader over the last 12 months and have contributed a lot to my school.
