F(24), fiance (M28) doesn't seem interested in sex

I F(24) need some advice regarding sex with my fiance (M28).

So since I moved in sex decreased (we have it max. at the moment once a week), though before he said we'd have it daily, guess he miscalculated that haha, he rarely goes down on me, I mostly give him head, but didn't really get anything in return lately, so I asked him and said he'd do it before I give him head since he is tired afterwards. Plus maybe you guys have some advice how I could initiate sex and stuff better, since we have our daily routine etc. and when I asked him what a right moment would be he told me between the Netflix episodes (since we mostly watch tv before bed), but recently we watch movies, so I wonder how I should do it....mostly he seems to be indulged in the movie, though sometimes he teases me, but it doesn't go further. Any tips or what I should tell him, anything?
