Dealing with side effects again

So I was off Zepbound for 1 year due to insurance not wanting to cover it anymore. I started from scratch at 2.5mg last Saturday. The last 2 days have been awful..... Diarrhea and stomach cramps. I know I need to keep hydrated but I don't remember it being like this the first time it took it. Is it worse the 2nd time around?
