i’ve always been sexually active but recently with school and work i’ve been a little overwhelmed, i’ve started noticing i’ve been doing it way more than normal. I wake up and my hand is already reaching towards my panties, and there’s no stopping it either. and I keep going until i have work or school, once im done with that i repeat the cycle again. Is it becoming an issue or is it normal?
