Need a newbie guide on managing context size.

Very new to this and I am using this model TheDrummer_Cydonia-24B-v4-IQ2_S and using a 3060ti to run it. It's fast enough for reading but my chats are lengthy. Is there a way to manage this so this chat can keep going?
