What could this be? Infrequent chest pain. 28M

Hello I am a 28 year old man who is 6ft around 205kg living in the UK.

In the last 6 weeks I have been experiencing a cramp like pain in my chest in the right side around my rib area this happens usually only once a day lasts for about 30 seconds and is a 8/10 pain, grabbing my chest makes the pain handleable during each episode.

It happens regardless of being sat down laying down standing or what have you. I had this last night and the length and pain was the worst I have had as of yet. So I'm wondering what this could be.

I assume because it is on the right side of my body it's not heart related but I'm a big guy and frequent an energy drink or coffee. In 2022 I had something that when I called 111 they recommended me to go to the walk in centre to which I did and had an ECG and the tech said I had "Abnormal Q waves" he said was indicative of a mild heart attack to which I went to the hospital and after everything they diagnosed me with Costochondritis.

I suffered with this for a good few months and as I became more active the pain went away and my heart rate wouldn't rise doing simple things like going up the stairs. It would go up to 180 just going up a set of 13 steps. But I haven't had any symptoms of Costco.. in a good year or two now.

So I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

I'm not opposed to getting it checked out professionally I just haven't had the gall to do so as of yet.
