Need help rehabilitating an outdoor cat into an indoor cat.
We have a cat, white girl, and she is an outdoor cat. We live in a small city, and the cat was adopted from a farm so she knows how to get around. But, we got a new cat. Very young, maybe a few months old. Grey girl. She seems to enjoy it indoors. Now, we dont want her to flee, because its well known that pets with loving homes and free food love to flee, so I was thinking about rehabilitating my white girl into an indoor cat. But we also have a dog. He and the white girl dont get along, atleast on the surface. He chases her, she rubs onto him while complaining, its weird. I already thought about making it so the cats and dog get slowly closer, by having him on a leash and letting the cats Roam. But the problem is white girl cat. She is an adventurer, but I feel bad when she is trapped indoors. While she doesnt claw at the balcony to get out, she sleeps and is lazy when indoors. Granted, she is also lazy outdoors. But she prefers the outdoors.
I need help.
