IIEST ISR selection list

What was the criteria for selection acc to u guys?

I know someone whose interview went better than me but his rank in waiting list is a lot further away from mine. I dont get how was this possible if interview was so imp.

Also it was easy to use ai to answer questions in interview imo (not accusing anyone but just an obsevation that there were no proper steps taken to prevent this) 🥀
