Can Marxism–Leninism–Trumpism actually go anywhere, or is it just an online meme?

Marxism–Leninism–Trumpism is basically an online political idea that tries to combine Marxist-Leninist economics and class politics with Trump-style nationalism, populism and anti-establishment politics. It overlaps quite a bit with the whole “MAGA Communism” thing.

Does anyone actually think this could turn into a real political movement?

And could something like this spread outside the US? Could a similar thing take off in Europe, Canada, Australia or elsewhere?
