Claim appointment

VES called me yesterday to tell me I had a appointment scheduled for Tuesday 9/8/26. I said I couldn’t make it on that date. They then said I need to make the appointment in 5 days. I then called the VA tell them that VES scheduled me without any notice. I only got the email last night of date and time. The VA said they will get with them to reschedule for me. Hopefully so. Then POA said to me in a text that I should have never said to the VES that I was going out of time. Also, the step is at STEP 5 Rating and I have not even had a C&P exam. It was moved there yesterday. My claim is for scares on my hand!!!
