GTA 6 Reddit, how do I warm up my eyes for 30 FPS (not a joke btw)

Okay guys, this post is genuinely not intended as a joke, but how do you actually warm up your eyes to 30 FPS? 😭

Yesterday I had the bright idea of playing Crimson Desert on PC and limiting it to 30 FPS. I kid you guys not, it took less than a minute before it triggered a headache. I had to increase it and eventually upped it to 40 FPS.

I genuinely think my personal limit is 40 FPS MINIMUM.

So if GTA 6 actually runs at 30 FPS on console, am I cooked? Like, am I genuinely gonna be forced to just get used to the headaches? 😭

I know videos and movies can run at 24 FPS, but idk man, it feels so different when you're actually controlling a game.
