Can't change haptic feedback strength anymore

I had set the feedback strength of the right track pad to "weak", but I realized since recently that it vibrates way too much, and changing the strength in the Desktop's configuration doesn't change anything except for OFF.

The vibration is so strong that it's clipping (buzzing caused by the track pad vibrating against something else).

Anyone else having that problem?
