Republican Trump Voter May Vote Talarico AMA

Thought this could be interesting. Late 30’s, always been conservative, was a fan of Trump early on bc I loved how he trashed the establishment and made them look silly (they deserved it)

However, turns out, he’s just as established and super corrupt. So I live in Texas and start listening to Talarico lately and policy wise, and person to person, I like the guy and his reasonings.

The Paxton campaign and other right wing preachers I’ve seen have attacked his theology and woke comments hard, which I do still need to clarify some.

One of my most hated things about the current Texas republicans are the school vouchers (defunding public schools) and Talarico was big on this opposition.

The main thing that worries people like me is we may hate Paxton or think Talarico has something deserving of a vote switch, but it’s hard to get rid of the thinking of voting for a progressive, seeing how a lot of progressive cities are down the drain with crime etc.

That’s enough for now. See where this goes.
